Article 1 (Purpose)

This policy aims to clarify the rights and usage of all works, including webpages, design, frontend technology, UI/UX, screen interactions, motion UI, GIFs/videos, and other content (hereinafter “Works”) provided on the website operated by Conscience Partners (hereinafter “Site Operator”), in order to prevent legal disputes with users.

Article 2 (Copyright Ownership)

1. All copyrights and intellectual property rights of the Works created or provided by the Site Operator, including text, images, design, frontend source code, UI/UX, etc., shall belong to the Site Operator.

2. Works legally licensed from third parties remain the property of the respective copyright holders, and users must not infringe on the rights of such copyright holders.

Article 2-2 (Frontend Technology and Screen Interaction Copyright)

1. All screen layouts, interfaces (UI), interactions, animations, layouts, native frontend technologies, motion UI, GIFs/videos, and related source code (hereinafter “Frontend Works”) are owned by the Site Operator.

2. Frontend Works may not be copied, modified, redistributed, used to create derivative works, or used commercially in any form without prior written consent, and violations may result in legal liability.

3. Users may only use Frontend Works for personal, non-commercial reference purposes, and must indicate the source even in such limited use.

Article 3 (Use of Works)

1. Users may only use website content for personal, non-commercial purposes, and must indicate the source.

2. Commercial use, reproduction, distribution, transmission, display, or creation of derivative works is prohibited without prior written consent.

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

The Site Operator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of information provided on the website, and shall not be held liable for any legal, financial, or technical issues arising from the use of such information.

Article 5 (Copyright Infringement Reporting and Actions)

1. If acts of copyright infringement are suspected, the Site Operator may take appropriate measures, including restricting use, removal, or account suspension.

2. Reports of infringement should be sent to Conscience Partners (Business Registration No.: 779-86-03107) via email: contact@example.com, and the reporter must ensure the accuracy and truthfulness of the report.

Article 6 (Amendments to the Policy)

The Site Operator may amend this policy due to changes in laws or service policies after prior notice, and users are required to comply with the revised policy.
