Content: Prompts, uploaded files, images, audio submitted via the Service

본 개인정보 처리방침 부록(이하 “본 부록”)은 대한민국 이용자를 위해 마련되었으며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 대한민국 데이터 보호 법령에서 요구하는 내용을 추가로 안내하기 위한 것입니다. 귀하가 Nora AI 서비스를 이용할 때, Teamwise C-Corp이 귀하로부터 수집하거나 귀하와 관련하여 처리하는 개인정보는 본 부록과 당사의 개인정보 처리방침을 함께 참고하시기 바랍니다. 본 부록 내용이 개인정보 처리방침과 상충할 경우 본 부록이 우선합니다.
1. 개인정보처리자
「개인정보 보호법」에 따른 개인정보처리자는 **Teamwise C-Corp (미국 델라웨어 주, 설립 준비 중)**입니다.
2. 처리의 법적 근거
Teamwise C-Corp은 「개인정보 보호법」 제15조, 제17조에 따라 다음과 같은 경우에 개인정보를 처리합니다:

법령 또는 법률의 특별 규정을 준수해야 하는 경우

개인정보 보유기간은 관계 법령 및 당사 내부 방침에 따릅니다. 예를 들어, 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 시행령」 제6조에 따라 결제 및 재화 공급 관련 기록은 5년간 보관됩니다.
4. 개인정보 처리 업무 위탁 및 국외 이전
현재 Teamwise C-Corp은 설립 준비 중이므로, 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위 내에서 개인정보 처리 업무를 수행할 수 있는 수탁자를 선정할 예정입니다. 개인정보는 미국 델라웨어 주 및 필요 시 기타 국가의 서버로 이전될 수 있으며, 서비스 제공을 위해 국외 이전이 필요합니다.
수탁자는 당사 지시에 따라 업무를 수행하며, 개인정보를 재위탁할 경우에도 관련 법령과 본 부록에 따른 보호 조치를 준수해야 합니다.
5. 개인정보의 추가 이용 및 제공
개인정보를 추가적으로 이용하거나 제3자에게 제공할 경우, Teamwise C-Corp은 다음 사항을 종합적으로 검토합니다:
추가 이용 또는 제공이 당초 수집 목적과 관련성이 있는지
수집 당시 예측 가능성이 있었는지
정보주체의 권리를 부당하게 침해하지 않는지
가명처리, 암호화 등 안전성 확보 조치 적용 여부
6. 개인정보 파기
개인정보가 서비스 제공 목적 달성 또는 법적·사업적 보유 필요가 없어지면 상업적·기술적으로 복구 불가능한 방식으로 파기합니다. 다만, 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 경우 예외로 합니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보 처리
대한민국 이용자의 경우, 아동 연령 기준은 14세로 적용됩니다.
8. 정보주체와 법정대리인의 권리
귀하는 정보주체로서 다음 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다: 열람, 정정·삭제, 처리정지, 동의철회 등.
법정대리인 또는 위임받은 대리인도 권리 행사가 가능하며, 서면 위임장 제출이 필요합니다.
